Registration Details

  1. Complete the Church Registration Form online. Fill in the number of male students, male counselors, female students, female counselors, and the total number. We ask that you have 1 same sex adult for every 10 same sex campers.
  2. Write a check payable to Cross Camp, Inc. for your church registration fee of $250. Please note that this fee is nonrefundable and does not go toward your cost for camp.
  3. Mail the registration form along with your church registration fee to Jon Hale, Camp President, Post Office Box 572, Swartz, LA 71281. If you have any questions, you may reach him by e-mail, crosscamp@crosscamp.org, or on his mobile, (318) 348-3876. Please call after 3 PM on weekdays.

Cost for Camp

  1. $240 per person if registered prior to March 1, 2010.
  2. $250 per person if registered prior to June 15, 2010.
    3. Once you have registered online, you will receive an information packet with all camp details needed for your campers.
